We’re all seeking meaning, safety, and purpose. The only way to secure those is through deep self-examination, connection with purpose, and connection with the world around us.
I guide clients through a process of non-judgmental, intentional, and values-oriented exploration of the unexamined aspects of life, and what drives you within it.
I help clients take wise, intentional, strategic steps in their lives by offering advice, reflection, techniques, and constant affirmation of your intrinsic abilities and wisdom.

My philosophy on pricing
I believe in trust and honest conversation about finances. I consider my fee to be a function of the value you receive from our work and your financial ability to pay.
I believe that coaching (and personal development in general) should feel like a good physical stretch: slightly uncomfortable, maybe a little bit painful, but also it feels really good and you know it’s good for you. Financially, what feels like a stretch is going to be different for every person. That said, I know how annoying it can be to not know what you’re getting into financially, so here’s a data point: my standard fee is $175 per 1-hour session.
Look, finding a good coach-client fit can be really hard. And when you need help, it sucks to not be able to get it because of money. So listen: if we’re a good fit, then finances shouldn’t get in the way of us working together. Let’s have a conversation about it. But first: schedule an initial chat to see if it’s a fit!
